Do you handle all planning and inspections?

Our team coordinates with our clients and local authorities to obtain necessary building permits/planning permission. We schedule inspections, and ensure compliance with building codes, so you have one less thing to worry about.

We are also happy to work with clients who have secured planning permission and have their design and drawings in place.

What payment options do you offer?

For most projects we operate a stage payment system. You receive detailed invoices tied to agreed-upon progress points, giving you transparency and control over cash flow.
